This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Getwings Aviation Private Limited (“Getwings”, “we”, “us”, “our”) by students, applicants, parents, guardians, sponsors, or any third party (“you”, “the student”, “the payer”) in connection with any service, course, programme, consultation, registration, or facility offered by Getwings, whether availed online, offline, in India, or abroad.
By making any payment to Getwings, whether in part or in full, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted the terms of this Refund Policy.
All fees, charges, deposits, registration amounts, tuition payments, simulator session fees, ground class fees, RTR coaching fees, consultation charges, documentation fees, visa assistance fees, overseas placement fees, and any other amount paid to Getwings under any head whatsoever are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstance.
Once a payment is received by Getwings, it shall stand fully and finally appropriated towards the services contracted, and no claim for refund shall lie against Getwings at any stage.
This no-refund policy applies without exception to all services offered by Getwings, including but not limited to:
DGCA Ground Classes (Air Navigation, Aviation Meteorology, Air Regulation, Technical General, Technical Specific, RTR), Cessna 172 G1000 Simulator Training, Private Pilot License (PPL) guidance, Commercial Pilot License (CPL) guidance, Night Rating, Instrument Rating, Multi-Engine Rating, Flight Instructor Rating, Type Rating coordination (Airbus A320, Boeing 737, ATR 72-600), Diploma in Aviation programmes, overseas flight training placement assistance (Canada, New Zealand, USA, South Africa), licence conversion assistance, visa documentation support, SOP preparation, and any allied advisory or administrative service.
Once you enrol with Getwings, we immediately begin allocating resources on your behalf. This includes blocking instructor hours, reserving simulator slots, securing your seat in a batch, processing documentation with overseas flight training organisations, initiating visa and admission paperwork, and committing administrative bandwidth to your file. These costs are incurred upfront and cannot be recovered by us, which is why fees once paid cannot be returned.
Without limiting the generality of Clause 2, no refund shall be issued in any of the following situations:
Fees paid by the student or by Getwings on behalf of the student to any third party, including but not limited to overseas flight training organisations, embassies, DGCA, examination bodies, medical examiners, accommodation providers, insurance companies, or airlines, are governed by the respective refund policies of those third parties. Getwings shall not be liable to refund any such amount, and the student shall pursue any claim directly with the concerned third party.
Fees paid for one course, batch, programme, or service cannot be transferred or adjusted against any other course, batch, programme, or service, nor can they be transferred to another student, family member, or third party.
Initiation of any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with the bank or payment gateway in contravention of this policy shall be treated as a breach of contract. Getwings reserves the right to immediately terminate all services, withhold all documents, certificates, and records pertaining to the student, and pursue legal recovery of dues along with applicable damages, legal costs, and interest.
By enrolling, registering, or making any payment to Getwings, the student and the payer expressly acknowledge that they have read this Refund Policy in full, understood its contents, and agree to be bound by it. No oral assurance, written communication, marketing material, or representation by any employee, counsellor, agent, or representative of Getwings shall override or modify this policy.
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi.
Getwings reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on www.getwings.in at the time of payment shall be binding on the student.

Getwings shall always share payment instructions in writing through our verified official email IDs, namely info@getwings.in or admission@getwings.in. Such written communication will clearly contain the name of the receiving entity, complete bank account details, and the service against which the payment is being collected. A proper invoice or official receipt, bearing the company name, seal, and authorised signature of the receiving entity, shall be issued against every such payment.
A payment request that is not backed by a written email from one of the above official email IDs, and is not followed by a proper invoice, must not be treated as a valid Getwings payment request.

Getwings does not authorise, appoint, or engage any individual, external agent, sub-agent, franchisee, referral partner, or third party whatsoever to collect payments on its behalf outside the framework described in Clauses 13.1 and 13.2 above.
Students, parents, guardians, and sponsors are hereby expressly cautioned that:
If any person, whether known or unknown, claims to be associated with, employed by, affiliated to, or acting on behalf of Getwings and requests payment to be made into any personal bank account, personal UPI ID, personal wallet, cryptocurrency address, or any account that has not been officially communicated to you in writing from info@getwings.in or admission@getwings.in, such request must be treated as fraudulent and disregarded immediately.
Getwings will never ask any student or payer to:
Any payment made by a student or payer to any person, account, or channel other than the account details officially communicated in writing from our official email IDs, and without a proper invoice being issued in return, shall not be recognised by Getwings as a valid payment towards any service.
Getwings shall bear absolutely no responsibility or liability for such payments, and the student shall have no claim whatsoever against Getwings for:
The student’s sole remedy in such cases shall be to pursue the matter directly with the person or entity who received the payment and, if warranted, file a criminal complaint with the local police and/or the Cyber Crime Cell.
